Bill & Marilyn Blackwood

After more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, we decided to build our own log home. We wanted an energy-efficient, high-quality and competitively-priced home, and after carefully researching various manufacturers, we chose Kuhns Bros. Log Homes. We were so pleased with the product and services provided that we became sales representatives about four years ago.

Some of the outstanding services offered include No-Shop™ Packages, Construction Workshops, split deliveries and dedicated support - before, during and after the sale. We also believe that Kuhns Bros.' kiln-dried logs, available in your choice of White Pine or Western Red Cedar, are the finest in the industry. Kuhns Bros. also offers a wide variety of log profiles and corner details.

Our model home is a modified Kittanning plan. We chose drywall for some of the interior walls, and we also specified larger Andersen™ windows (with insulated glass) in our kitchen. No heat or cold come in...just lots of good light!
